In Dr. Hathorn's research, he makes the compelling case that talent - not gender - is the key criteria for choosing board members and executives. His research results provide clarity on the gender differences that exist in a global talent pool of executives and his practical recommendations help companies choose the best talent available, which ultimately results in a more gender diverse board and executive team. Most importantly, this "diversity" drives increased company performance on the key financial metrics as well as other "softer" measures having a significant financial impact.
